Above are the inks for my caricatures of Tegan and Sara respectively. As I mentioned in my last post about the pencils, I think the pencils for Tegan are better than the inks (the detail in the eyes particularly). I believe the inks for Sara are superior to the pencils.
When I am planning on colouring an image, I ink slightly differently than I do if the image is going to stay black and white. The hair in these drawings would have been more heavily inked (mostly black) if this were their final state.
